What do you feel is the greatest benefit of educating law enforcement officers in mental health crisis intervention?

It helps them to recognize the signs of a mental health crisis.
It helps thme to calm people down in a crisis situation rather than use force.
It helps them to know where to direct people to get needed treatment.
It gives families confidence to call for law enforcement help when a crisis occurs.
