Office Technician - Data Manager Assistant, Up To 3 Early Intervention
Layne has worked at the CPD since May of 2010. He started with the "Up to 3" program (which provides services for infants ages 0-3 having developmental delays) in the department of Exemplary Services; he began as a Data Review Clerk as an undergrad and then became an Office Tech/Data Entry Specialist shortly after receiving his Bachelors.
In August of 2011 Layne received his Bachelors of Science degree from Utah State University in Psychology with a minor in Family and Human Development. In addition to working with "Up to 3" Layne has previously worked as a data clerk for the New Mexico Start Smart K-3 Plus-extended school year validation study; a 5 year economic study addressing the educational needs of low SES populations in New Mexico.
In his spare time, he enjoys learning about different cultures and their histories or exploring the numerous recreation opportunities found around Logan, Utah. He also loves singing, learning to play new instruments, and spending time with his family.
