The UCare Caregivers Curriculum was developed by the Center for Persons with Disabilities for the Utah Division of Aging and Adult Services. The curriculum includes 13 modules for caregivers that cover personal care, dementia, chronic health issues, children with disabilities, the accessible home, community supports, depression, in-home service providers, keeping your home and loved ones safe, eating healthy for life, assistive devices and legal and financial matters. UCare classes are available through statewide trainers and online as a resource and support for informal caregivers of the aged, chronically ill and persons with disabilities or mental illness of all ages.
