Project Context
Mountain Plains Regional Resource Center is a U.S. Department of Education Office of Special Education Programs funded project that helps build the capacity of State agencies to improve programs and services for infants, toddlers, children and youth with disabilities. The MPRRC focuses on improvements in the State Performance Plan, Annual Performance Report and General Supervision Systems.

Project Focus
MPRRC provides technical assistance to State Special Education departments, early intervention lead agencies, and other related State agencies in eleven States including:

* Arizona
* Colorado
* Kansas
* Montana
* Nebraska
* New Mexico
* North Dakota
* South Dakota
* Utah
* Wyoming
* Bureau of Indian Education

Mountain Plains Regional Resource Center will provide flexible, date-driven technical assistance focused on efforts that lead to and support sustained change of the State and local levels. TAESE will work collaboratively with State Education Agencies, Lead Agencies, OSEP, and other partners to develop and implement activities that support systemic change.
