Project Services:
The Medical Clinic at the Center for Persons with Disabilities serves children and adults with a wide spectrum of developmental disabilities and related health problems including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, etc. Services are provided to consumers primarily in northern Utah and surrounding areas. Medical evaluation and treatment is provided through this clinic.

A Neurology Clinic is held every other month at the CPD in collaboration with the Utah Department of Health, Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) network.

The Medical Clinic office is in compliance with all HIPAA (the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) requirements.
