Minority Outreach, AgrAbility of Utah
Mónica Urrutia began her professional career as a teacher in Canada and has taught in Chile and USA.
She worked for five years at the Scenic Bow Legion Group Homes in Calgary, AB as a Rehabilitation Practitioner serving severely physically and mentally disabled people.
Since coming to the Center for Persons with Disabilities in 2002, she has worked on various proyects including the Traumatic Brain Injury, AgrAbility, UATP, UATF, IDT, and she is an active member of ten Community Councils.She served on the USU Community Cabinet. Monica teaches Spanish at Utah State University.
Mónica provides public awareness and marketing assistance to advertise UATP services/products and translation for all marketing materials for the CPD. She also serves as the liaison for the Latino community
