Project Context
3ie funds quality devlopmental studies that will have a real policy impact and affect many lives. Studies are funded which use innovative methods and explore crucial evaluation questions that have not been researched before in that country to learn what works and why, and also at what cost. Priority is given to proposals responding to a clear demand from policy makers.

Project Focus
A proposal preparation grant has been made to a team from the Center for Persons with Disabilities to work with the Ecuador Ministry of Education to identify up to three proposals that will impact education in Ecuador.
