BLT Young Adult Leaders Available to Present

The Becoming Leaders for Tomorrow (BLT) Project at the CPD provided training, materials, and opportunities to youth and young adults with disabilities as they transition into adulthood. It empowered a core group of  young people with disabilities to develop strong self-determination/self-advocacy skills and further develop their leadership skills so that they can make a difference in their own lives and in the lives of others with disabilities.

The BLT supported youth leaders are available to share their experiences with other young adults and groups. Parent and professional organizations that want the BLT young adults to speak at events can contact the Project Coordinator, Al Romeo.
