Todd has been with the CPD since 1991. Over the years Todd has honed skills in all aspects of video production. Notably, Todd has become highly knowledgeable in the areas of DVD Authoring, Video Editing, Post audio production, and the design and installation of facilities and systems for the CPD's video production and distance learning.
