Tammy Peacock Allred graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelors degree in Special Education-severe and early childhood. She taught special education preschool at River Heights Elementary for 2 years. When she and her husband moved from Cache Valley to Emery County, Tammy started working for Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind (USDB) Parent Infant Program (PIP) as a vision specialist. She earned an endorsement in vision impairments-birth to 5, and later a Masters Degree in Communication Disorders (vision impairments-birth to 3) from Utah State University. She worked for USDB for 12 years and now works for the South East Early Intervention Program (SEEIP) as a level 2 EI Developmental Specialist and Service Coordinator.
