Sonja spent many years working as a daycare provider and worked for both Logan and Cache Co. school districts. She came to work for the Child Care Nutrition Program in 2000. She works with day care providers, helping them feed nutritious meals to the children in their care. She monitors home daycares and does the necessary paperwork for the reimbursements they recieve for providing nutritious meals. She and her husband have four children and five grandchildren.
