Norma graduated from East Carbon Senior High School in Sunnyside, Utah in May of 1965. She attended two semesters at College of Eastern Utah in 1970.
Her most recent position was with the Southeastern Utah District Health Dept. from September 1995 until she retired in May of 2009. Her position required her to do budgets, track costs and manage the Accounting Dept. While at the Health Dept. she worked closely with the Early Intervention Program. She did their budget, tracked costs and did the required reports. She came to work with the Early Intervention Program/Center for Persons with Disabilities in November 2010.
Norma's position entails tracking invoices and monitoring costs in the Price, Moab and Castledale offices. She does some personnel and back-up where needed.
