Marlene Deer serves as director of the Early Childhood Alternative Teacher Preparation Program and clinical instructor with the Department of Special Education and Rehabilitation. Ms. Deer received her M.Ed. degree in Special Education from Utah State University in 1989 and is certified in Preschool Special Education with an endorsement in Severe Special Education.
