Margaret Lubke graduated with her Ph.D. from Utah State University afer teaching special education for 12 years in Wisconsin. She worked in the Technology Division with Alan Hofmeister of the CPD for 16 years and then spent 10 years associated with the Psychology Department and Karl White's NCHAM organization. At the end of 2010, Margaret returned to the CPD to head up the assessment responsibilities for the New Mexico Start Smart K-3 Plus i3 project.
