Julie provides administrative support to the CPD Assistant to the Director, Associate Director, Business Office Manager and Director as requested. She supervises and oversees the Center's Human and Physical Resource Office to ensure its smooth operation. She serves as a resource for information concerning the Center's numerous divisions, projects, programs, services and personnel. She works with the Personnel Services Office, Business Office Manager and CPD staff in recruitment of CPD personnel. She maintains recruitment files following AA/EOE guidelines. She keeps the CPD Inventory data base current and up-to-date with the USU Equipment Manager. She is a Member of the USU/Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) for the CPD.
