I am a native of Cache Valley, and have lived here most of my life. I graduated from Utah State University in 1968. I completed a year of graduate work at the University of Utah, and several years later another year at Utah State University. I have no advanced degrees. I have worked at the CPD since 1990. I have been responsible for the development of a number of database programs to help with some of the management tasks here at the center.

I have four daughters, five granddaughters, and a wonderful wife. We have lived in Richmond, Utah since 1978.
