Janel Boyer, EI2

Janel Boyer received her Bachelors degree in Family Consumer and Human Development with a family and community services emphasis in June of 2007.  She received her Early Intervention credential in November of 2008.  Janel is currently an Early Intervention specialist 2 with the South East Early Intervention Program in Carbon and Emery counties.  She loves her job working with children birth to three years old with developmental delays and their families.

She is the mother of 5 children.  Her oldest, Tricia, is 21 and had her first grandchild, Hunter, in April 2011.  He is almost a year old and grandma thinks he's a genius!  Her second child, Roger, just turned twenty and he lives and works down at Bullfrog marina in Lake Powell.  Her third child, Judy, is 18 and will graduate this year, 2012.  Her fourth child, Robert, will be 15 in April and will be getting his learners permit.  He will start High School this fall.  Her baby, Jeffrey, just turned 12.  He will start Jr. High in the fall.  She has been married to her wonderful husband, Roger, for almost 23 years.  He is a professional truck driver and loves his job.

Janel loves to knit, sew, scrapbook and anything outdoors.  She also has a talent for theme parties and cakes.  All her family wait anxiously for their birthdays just so they can see what cake she comes up with next.
