Heather Young performs the following state level activities for the Utah Assistive Technology Program (UATP) among other activities. Heather is involved in the public relations and marketing functions for the UATP, which includes the Utah Assistive Technology Foundation (UATF.) Heather co-supervises the CReATE Program, which focuses on wheelchair and scooter refurbishment and recycling for Utahans. She also assists in administering assistive online trainings. All of the services listed are available throughout the state of Utah.
