Franceli M. Lora is a Data Collection Clerk at the Center for Persons with Disabilities. Current project include Start Smart K-3 Plus. This is a 5-year study of effects of adding 25 days to the school year for children in grades K-3 in New Mexico.
She graduated Cum Laude from La Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo (UASD) with a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising with a specialization in Illustration. Franceli is currently coursing her second bachelor degree in Entrepreneurship at Utah State University.
