Cynthia Budge is the Multimedia Specialist for the Technical Assistance for Excellence in Special Education (TAESE) Center, Center for Persons with Disabilities, Utah State University since 1991. Ms. Budge is responsible for conference planning, formatting, layout, and design of the TAESE materials, newsletters, and other various publications used in conferences and institutes throughout the United States. She works with RRC States and printing companies for publication of these documents.
Prior to working for the TAESE, she worked for the Utah State University Publication Design and Production Office where she was a graphic designer.
Cynthia graduated from Utah State University Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design. She lives in North Logan with her husband and children.
