Cathy Mace, Registered Dietician/Early InterventionistII

Cathy is a Registered Dietitian, graduating in 1992 from the U.S.U.Dietetics Program. She is a Certified Early Interventionist II and a Service Coordinator for the Up-to-3 Program. She has been with the program for 13 years. She worked in the Maternal-Child Health Program in Ogden, providing nutritional counseling for pregnant and lactating women. Cathy currently coordinates the LEAP (Let's Eat And Play) Frog picky eaters group. She is a member of the Up to 3 Feeding Team, Child Find Committee, Parent Resource and Concerns Committee and the Social Committe. She has organized the Up to 3 staff retreats and the annual Pediatric Nutrition Conference. She currently mentors USU students who are completing their practicum with Up to 3. Cathy is married, with 4 children and 7 grandchildren. She enjoys the outdoors-especially her garden. She loves camping, canoeing, traveling and playing with children.
