Carol is a native of Utah. She graduated from Brigham Young University, majoring in Elementary Education with a minor in English. Her first contact with Up To 3 was while she was working for the Utah School for the Deaf in the Parent Infant Program. She was the hearing specialist for Cache area. In 1996 she was hired to be a Service Coordinator for the Family Intervention Program (now called Up to 3). She is a National AT Home and Daycare(AHEAD) trainer and co-trains all new staff and interns in the Up to 3 program. She also mentors all new staff in the Early Intervention program. Carol has completed the Specialist II credentialing process for the state Health Department BabyWatch. She co-supervises two social work interns for the full school year. She loves children, especially her own, and her five grandchildren.
