Provide emergency preparedness training

Provide emergency preparedness training to individuals with disabilitis and/or their families
Provide 1-2 hour Emergency Preparedness for All Utahns training seminars to a variety of local community groups.
Be comfortable with public speaking and have strong verbal communication skills; willingness to become familiar with the training curriculum; have a broad understanding of emergency preparedness issues and a knowledge of, or willingness to learn about disability specific issues in the emergency preparedness field.
Schedule is flexible and to be determined by volunteer
Community settings throughout county in which volunteer lives.
All training materials will be provided by the CPD. A comprehensive orientation to the material will also be provided. A laptop and LCD projector are available for checkout, but not necessary to conduct trainings.
High level of contact with CPD staff and community members.
