25th International Conference on Young Children with Special Needs & Their Families

The Division for Early Childhood (DEC) is pleased to announce their 25th Annual International Conference on Young Children with Special Needs and their Families on October 15-18, 2009, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

This conference will demonstrate how the latest research translates into practice, and will provide demonstrations of evidence-based intervention strategies for young children with disabilities and their families.

This year's conference is adding five new strands on: Practice, Collaboration,Research and Evaluation, Professional Development, and Policy. Four Spotlight Sessions will focus on National Technical Assistance Centers that have information and resources specific to those who work with young children with disabilities and their families.
