Transition to Adult Life Workshop for Parents of Children with Special Needs

The Utah Parent Center is offering a workshop for parents of children with special needs on Transition to Adult Life:  From NO Where to KNOW Where.  This will be held on Wednesday, November 23, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 at the Vista Training Center, 100 South 200 East, Farmington, Utah.

This workshop will offer information about transitioning to “life after school”.  Many parents lack the knowledge, experience, and resources to plan for this process.  “From NO Where to KNOW Where” will help parents understand the transition to adult life, prepare to participate in the plan development and implementation as well as focus on issues and changing roles during this exciting, challenging time.
