9th Annual Utah County Special Needs Conference

The 9th Annual Utah County Special Needs Conference, "Empowering the Caregiver", will take place on Saturday, November 14, 2009 from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at Mountain View High School in Orem, Utah.  This conference is sponsored by the Kids on the Move Early Intervention program and other state and community partners.

This conference is planned BY parents FOR parents of children of any age with a disability. Educators and other professionals who work with children with special needs are also encouraged to attend.

This year's conference focuses on practical skills that will help the entire family face daily challenges.  There will be a FREE Sibshops for siblings and FREE respite care as part of the conference. The registration cost is very inexpensive ($15 for 2).
