Estate Planning for families with special needs children

An Estate Planning seminar presented by Attorney Todd N. Hallock will be held on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 from 12:00-1:30 p.m. at the Copper Mill Restaurant, Legacy Room, 55 North Main, Logan, UT.

Parents of children with special needs face many unique challenges. One of them is planning for the time when the parents will no longer be able to act as the primary caregivers. In this educational seminar, Mr. Hallock will talk about the basics of estate planning for families with special needs children and provide answers to the following questions:

Advance planning by the parents of a special needs child is critical and really can make a difference, both in the life of the child and the child’s caregivers.
