Representative Payee for SSI Training Opportunity

If you are a Representative Payee for someone aged 16-64 on Social Security Disability or SSI, a training opportunity to become a more effective Representative Payee is being offered in Utah this year. These trainings will help Representative Payees learn more about their responsibilities, resources, Social Security, and work incentives.

These trainings will be held from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm in the following locations:

• October 15: Roosevelt Campus of the Uintah Basin Applied Technology College
• November 10: Logan Department of Workforce Services Office, 180 North 100 West
• January 13: Ogden Department of Workforce Services , 480 27th Street
• February 10: Salt Lake City, Sanderson Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing, 5709 South 1500 West
• March 18:  Cedar City Department of Workforce Services, 176 East 200 North

These trainings are being offered by the Utah Office of Rehabilitative Services and an associated project funded through the CPD.  Lunches will be served and an RSVP is required.
