Elements of Transition Conference

The Utah State Office of Education is holding a transition conference called "Elements of Transition 2010" on April 29-30 at the Provo Marriot Conference Center, 101 West 100 North, Provo, Utah.

Keynote presenters are from the Becoming Leaders for Tomorrow (BLT) Young Adult Panel and Kelie Babcock, 2010 Miss Wheelchair Utah.  Sessions will addres, among other topics:  Transition 101, Job development and job coaching, Agency eligibility and services, Transition planning for students with Autism or TBI.
