The TOP Sports project, a collaborative partnership made up of Logan and Smithfield City Parks and Recreation programs, the Center for Persons with Disabilities (CPD), and parents of children and youth with disabilities, is starting up their TOP Bowling program this Thursday, March 4th.
They have coordinated with Logan Lanes, and will be offering TOP Bowling every Thursday afternoon until the 25th of March. There will be two sessions: the first from 4:00-4:45 p.m. and the second from 5:00-5:45 p.m. The total cost is $15 per person, which includes the lane charges and shoe rental. There will be volunteers and accommodations for the participants.
All children and youth with disabilities and their family members are invited to join the TOP Sport staff and enjoy a fun time bowling.
TOP Sports offers several activities throughout the year, including baseball/T-ball, basketball, soccer, bowling, swimming, and art classes.
For more information about TOP Sports or for questions, please contact Charlee Nealy at the CPD.
